I tested out my kit today and got drenched to the skin on the top half and the bottom half was ok, just a bit cold. I was hoping the jacket I used for cycling would work........it failed miserably lol.

How the heck do you keep your face warm and dry???

A day like today you could wear oil skins and still get wet lol!
A good light waterproof coat is better than a padded one that's going to soak up the water and weigh you down.
