Re: new bike
I went to mounters Saturday afternoon I was in there for about 20mins and no one seemed to want to sell me a bike. Is their customer care always like that or here they just having an off day?

Re: new bike
That's how mounter operates! I wouldn't buy anything from there unless I'm desperate for parts.
Most certainly would not buy a bike from there! So many better customer service/friendly Ktm dealers.
There's usually a younger fella there, who is tidy and knows the bikes well. But mounter won't lift his head to acknowledge you.

Re: new bike
I've had 2 new bikes from there now, & to be honest after the 1st bike (last year) I thought why the fuck didn't I go elsewhere, at least they would have smiled when they took my coin, then being a lazy arse & not willing to travel, I have just had my new 2nd bike from there, I thought exactly the same again, what I learnt from it was,,, its not a bad place, the Ginger kid (Alex) is sound & knows his stuff, who is willing to help when approached, the other thing I learnt was that Wayne is not as miserable as what 1st seems but treated in the same manner he is actually alright, I think he don't give a fuck whether you buy or not, If you don't, someone will, & that is why there's no force of salesman ship bollocks,,, what's the 1st thing we think when you get a high velocity salesman ?....."Oh fuck off mate & leave me alone" KTM sells itself at the end of the day, Its just up to you to go elsewhere to find maybe a smile.
