Hey viv have you seen narberth classics website where regs for sunday are they've edited th name of it its now called
"the (not so) gentle one now  after marking the loop out

Must be because of that big log section after the rock section thats been nick named carls diner (google it) in erzberg

just seen, they have changed it to the (not so) gentle one. looks like it might be another mud fest

Going to borrow Gatseys canoe thing and go on wolfys ride I think.

The bottom of the route is in the coal wash sump , I went in there once what a faaaaaakin nightmare , best wrap bin liners around your arses it is going to be a messy ride, I hear they have fitted drop down oxygen masks for the section just like in a plane ! Not sure if they are using killer climb and the section called Wayne's World , now that is a fukker , don't lose any sleep tho just a couple of Valium , diazepam and washed down with cider it will be a piece of piss !
