Ebbw vale today

The bird Steve rescued Sunday was a goshawk. We went to see it today. Turns out they don't live in Wales so the bloke thinks it may have been bird napped. He's going to get it marked and release it next week. Looking much happier

If he thinks its been nicked wouldn't that mean its been hand reared?
If that's the case would it not now how to hunt for itself and end up in the same state again?
If you Google Goshawk images they look nothing like that bird through.
I guess they must know what there doing there through.

i reckon rob should foster the bird /trainit / tie a camera to its talons an it can follow the rides ! knowing steve will swing a piece of meat for it ats a reward !

We'd have to do a documentary on him , bit like these two hair bears...

If its a male goshawk it will be worth upto 6 grand if it's a hunter

Although looks more like a shitehawk to me lol
