Yeah, but i didnt get on with the plastic cups right on the elbow so cut those off and kept the sponge pads instead. Guess its back to mum's to get them sewn back on

Worst part is:- I wasnt even on the bike when I did it, was pushing the bastard up and slipped and went down like a sack of shit, but live and learn- next time get someone else to push it

Yeah looks bad but only hurts when i catch it on something!

You were bang on the money with the gearing on my bike too, just swapped the front out to a 13 and tested it and its a different bike. Can idle along now at walking pace, and its now going up hills in second third and forth with ease instead of struggling in first and second. Cant believe the difference 1 tooth can make, but its really balanced out the power delivery.
