Ebbw vale today

5 of us left tescos at half nine this morning. First crash by me leaving Tesco car park broke my clutch lever, but I soldiered on off over to Llanelli hill for our first trail down to hafydranys, then found some single track back up to ebbw vale. Steve met his match on a hill climb and had to go round for once from there it was off up aberbeeg hilclimb where we came across an injured bird of prey. Steve covered it with a jacket and took it to the vets. The rest of us pushed on across and back up to ebbw vale for a late much at 2 pm. Unfortunately my front wheel bearings went so I had to cut my day short. Steve led the afternoon. I'm sure he will add to this later. Photos to follow from all of us hopefully. Great day. Stuffed birds of prey make a tidy few quid on ebay, so not holding out much hope for it!

Got a bad feeling he is going to come out with "the vets was shut" especially when they would ask him how long he has had it & if he is insured

Thanks for having me along today, think I had the days biggest number of offs, but either way was a cracking day!

Will upload a vid when I figure out how the gopro works.

Hoping next time around I wont be off so much and as badly tired, thanks again for all the help pulling the bike around and the advise on the settings, hopefully next run it will be more manageable and ridable.

There were actually 6 of us that left Tesco in the morning - but you can be forgivien for thinking there were 5 of us - what with "posh spice steve" going off to change his jacket mid morning - then "Dr Do little steve" rescuing the bird of prey - there were often 5 of us ....

Im rubbish at taking pictures especially in the rain... but i got some of the afternoon session when sunshine boy came back to play.
