Re: Shropshire Hills today
Last time we rode that area we started from Bishops Castle and headed to Rhayader . I remember a reasonably fast lane in the woods near Clun with a couple of diversions (nudge nudge , wink wink ) . We ended up on The Chod then headed back .

I watched three riders going over the bars all within five minutes here . Harry Hill would have paid me for the video footage had the camera been running . EXC Lee cleared his bike by a good four feet . Class !
Ste Wil / Switchblade showing Ritchie how it's done , on Ritchie's bike .

Re: Shropshire Hills today
It normally ends up that way . The thing is , I live fakkin miles from anywhere decent so we normally tend to cram in as much as possible in the one day then drive home shattered . The trails of Bedfordshire are pants . Lord only knows how much money I have spent finding the majority of the stuff that I know , most of which get's stored in The HeadNav but you know what , it's well worth it and I've made some really great friends along the way . That's what it's all about .

Re: Shropshire Hills today
My gasser is currently in Bedale having some major long needed works carried out on her . My mate Kev offered to take her back to his (the perv) and get her as good as new for no labour cost , just parts . Obviously I will not let him do it for nothing but he would be happy to as he loves tinkering just the same as he loves showing folk around The Yorkshire Dales and Moors . Some good riding up there too . Food for thought .

I've got the full enduro licence sorted, Easter Monday booked off to try and get the entry, B&B booked and even bought a pair of FIM tyres already!
But now starting to wonder if I've gone a bit mental thinking it's such a great plan for slightly crock over weight and under fit pre-pensioner
So that's a yes then - if lucky enough to get in
You up for it??
