Just get out on the bike once a week and thats all you need, unless your a fat bastard like me, i train for about an hour a day, and have been for the last few months, enjoy my riding much more now and lost a few stone as well. :bounce:

seeing that this is turning into a fitness thing i thought i would help out with some advice.
first off........ride your bike as often as possible.that will take care of bike fitness.
second in importance is nutrition.i'm here to help all you junk food lovers.
you have to be aware that there are five major food groups and that you should eat something from those groups everyday thereby ensuring a balanced diet.
the groups are;
curry,
coffee,
kebabs,
strongbow,
chocolate.
don't be frightened to have the occasional cheese butty but try to stick to food from the list above and you'll soon find your fitness improving.
no need to thank me.
