maybe its getting old but those lanes(limekiln and pantglass) hold very little attraction for me any more.not that i enjoyed them the first time around. Basketball

We park at the Abbey because i'm a lazy git, and there's a bank exactly the same height as my pick up, so don't need a ramp to load the bike. Which is nice when returning as shagged out as i always do!

If you want to be extra, extra, extra pedantic it's pant-glas (with an accent above the 'a' of glas) I think it translates into English as 'green hollow' which sounds quite a plesant place considering what a swine feels like to ride up!
Incedently we met a small group going down it, who thought we were a bit mad to even try getting up it at this time of year.

Was put off initially with the amount of pics, but have just looked through them and enjoyed....hard days ride by the look of it, but good fun, and everyone helping out rather than just feckin off.

Well done photgraphers and writers, (who ever she may be. Very Happy )

I like a challenge but some of those lanes look like you should only try on a trials bike or a little low CRf230 with a huge rear sprocket. Good pics Steve

I had the same theory, and actually ride the a slightly geared down CRF 230.
I say theory, because the 250 and 200 two strokes along, plus that bloody great thing of Steve's had less trouble than i did!!

Must have been luck - can't think what else it could have been Very Happy
