Re: devon and dorset
Cracking weekend with every thing from fast flowing lanes, some real tricky ones, some great scenery and the never to be forgotten blast alongside the sea on pea shingle that ended in a car park where Joe generously repaired a puncture giving us time for tea and cake
Gatesy had us pissing ourselves laughing firstly by scaring Wolfy his room mate by arriving with a butt-plug hanging around his neck, then borrowing some safety glasses of Graham and selling them to Ray an hour later
A few pic's
Wayne modelling the latest thing in enduro jackets - a sort of ex-RAF, stain proof flashers mac
Guess which face gives away that his bike is knackered
Have to say Joss looks remarkably chipper for a bloke who jibbed with suspected dysentery a few hours earlier - maybe it was the big fry up and 5 round of toast that helped??
On the blast back found this lot blocking the road, but luckily the BT bloke told us of away around before the lady plod watching could get her little book and pencil out
And a bit of vid
Couldn't make it any shorter as already edited 12 hours down to 7 mins, so if bored shitless fast forward is the answer
Thanks again to everyone (you know who you are ) but including Joe for tail-ending duty's and Graham for doing most of the gates

Re: devon and dorset
The lanes were not so flowing in place's on sunday but still very nice :bounce:
Weather was dry & bit chilly to start but we soon warmed up
Joss had been up all night on the loo (which he explained over breakfast with maybe to much detail ) so stayed at base for stand by recovery
Sadly brownie lost his clutch & had to call on joss for recovery
I had a new garmin fitted to the bike (which brownie had set up & helped me to use )
So we heeded off into the unknown & continued the route, at about 4.00pm with not knowing how much was left on the route there was a group call to road burn back to catch the m5 before it got dark
Turned out a 26 mile burn & had my hand slapped off shocker for being 11 mins later than planned back to base
Gar working out how he was going to fit his bike lock in his rucksack
The thought of carrying it
Then he done a deal with brownie for a lighter one which he has probably already sold to someone else
Thanks guys was a giggle
Also big thanks to mufynman for spending a lot of his time sorting the route (gpx file...see me stating to get it ) out, you will enjoy the sunday loop & look forward to riding that one in the full with you soon
