Devon & Cornwall
Early start Saturday for the drive down to Devon, me & cricket met up with gray & gar then headed south to meet up with the guys that were already down there.
On the M5 about 7.00am the sky's opened & I mean "proper rain", thunder & lightning, all I could think of was I hope Brownie don't pull the pin on it.
Got there a little early so brecy was the call, then heard Brownie was at the garage
So we met up with the rest of the guys, got suited & booted
Rain hadn't stopped........ yet all were happy to go........well kind of like
This was before we even got on the bikes.
Brownie who make's a crf 450 look like a cr 80 was ready to go...
Gray left nothing but two smoke on tally-ho...
Nick who was looking out for us at the back
Cornish pasty time...very nice too!...
Godzuki took a few tumbles on this lane, yet still got up & was gagging for more
Back to the garage where we started, yep it was still pissing down yet warm & a cracking ride I know brownie had planned a different route to start with tho! the weather wouldn't make it possible to fit it in & brownie knew we were riding the next day.
Tho! gar was still smiling, his foot was starting to swell or smell ?
So we all headed back to the digs, well some did ....mel was the only one that was man enough to camp it out in a £10 tent in these conditions
Big thank you to Brownie & Nick for taking us out as always great to spend time with the guys again

Re: Devon & Cornwall
glad you guys enjoyed yourselves despite the crappy weather.
was a shame we couldn't do the route i had planned but i guess that means you will have to come down again to do it sometime!
after i come up there with my lot,
i think we heard you lot a few times in the woods in cornwall, i was already on a run with a few of the lads i know down there, better weather for sure!
we must have done a lot of the lanes you did but at different times of the day, did u do muchlarnic and pink panther???
we were having a bit of a rooster session as well and lucky no one was behind me on the "cow pat lane" it was real stinky!

Re: Devon & Cornwall
Did have a chuckle to myself while sat there watching tv with a nice cuppa thinking of mell in his tent in that weather.
Especially when he started to describe his night as trying to keep out of the pond that was rapidly expanding inside it
Nice double bed there wolfy did you and cricket cuddle up or go tops and tails

Re: Devon & Cornwall
Thanks again to both the Devon and Cornwall guides for a cracking and memorable weekend
I might have got a few pic's the add to the report, but the camera's still full of water and dead at the moment
Any word on the Godzuki injury? - Is there any truth in the rumour he's now in plaster???
