I run mousses for about 1 year then they shrink both way and pop off the rims michelin recomend you change them every 6 months yes they are expensive but well worth it if you can afford them , wolfy you might find that the mousses will be no good next year best advice i can give is buy 140 mousses and fit them in a 140 tyre and after 8 months use a smaller tyre or if you use mx tyres a 140 mousse goes good in a 110 /100  18  michelin mx tyres are in the smaller end of the scale

Wolfy ...they dont usually soften up till a good few rides,  i dont ride as often as you but the last pair i had were in for almost 3 years, i had to put a pair in for the welsh too,  dunlop ones i had off fido and theywere a right cnut to fit and yes they were like riding on 25psi tubes but they will soften up and should last another 3 years (i hope)........fuck tubes ..... i hate punctures more than i hate muslims :14:
