Finally got round to checking the valve clearances.
Had to adjust a few of the valves to get them back to spec. Most were only slightly off but weirdly 1 exhaust valve was super slack.
Not sure how as the other exhaust valves all required adjusting as they were too tight.
When I tried to fire the bike up, fuel pissing out of the carbs. So had the ball ache of taking those back off. Rechecked the floats and she's back running, after an almighty back fire!
Treated myself to a set of carb vac gauges. Balanced the carbs up.
Revs are still a little irratic so going to alter the pilot mix screws, currently set to standard 1.75 turns out but think the stainless exhaust cans will throw that off
