It's the card Gary, my work 1 did it before, i transfered all the info to new card & it was sorted then, But try the fag paper wedge 1st as Brownie suggested.

Without wishing to sound like the computer thicko (that I obviously am!) how do you go about transferring stuff from one card to another? scratch

You need to transfer the entire contents of the card (not the contents from the unit.
It should just be a map folder. 2.1g or similar size.
If you get stuck send me a text and I will ring u this evening and talk you thru it.
