Unless you want to look like a bunch of Herbets that aren't taking it at all seriously and just out for a laugh - yes!
1. Either a beauty like this, which would earn mega brownie points with the 'Barbour n beard' types

2. Stick the road book into a Millets map holder and cable tie to the bar's - won't quite cut it with the pro's on heavily modded XL 185's though!
3. Do a Ray, and sneakily follow someone that look like he knows where he's going, while at the same time pretending to know the way around by memory
4. Borrow my shop bought rolly, mappy thingy that simply clicks onto the bars, and look like you know what you're doing despite turning up on possible the least suitable bike there

Perhaps Wolfy can follow Rob and I'll follow Wolfy
Or failing that I'll modify my sandwich box
Or maybe I could borrow your shop bought rolly map thingy, just out of curiosity how much will I owe you when I flip it going up pant glas and smash it to bits?

If you smash it to bits, you'd owe me what it looks like it's really worth, so about 10p!

If they send us the route before , I reckon I could translate that into a gpx route . Otherwise we better stick together and follow the muddy tyre tracks
