Both to be honest it all depends, we rode up to Barmouth a couple of weeks ago 3 big groups all started from different areas of south Wales and met up en route stayed in a hotel and rode back the following day.. .cracking spin have a look in ride reports there's loads of pics and a few vids of the trip

hi mate - take it your all road legal..??
what made you go for the 250x as opposed to the 450x ?
im a honda lover - and after lots of research was sold on the 450x .... but then ended up being sucked into the orange funnel - now got a ktm 450

Well to be honest I'm not a heavy guy. I've riden a 450 off-road before and it was hard for me to transfer my weight around the bike up hills and stuff so the 250 seemed the better option. Only thing is that it doesn't have the legs on the road

No need for long legs on the road, most road work is at 45/50 mph max

Ohh fantastic thanks! It's geared very much for the tight woods and trails, 1st, 2nd and 3rd are very close on full throttle

Ha Ha - my 450 ktm just about has the legs to carry my fat arse anywhere , let alone with kelly wog on the back
