Bath Recce

Me , Brownie & Dayne did a quick recce of the Bath ride out , which looks to be a great route . We also popped up through Bath to show Brownie St Catherines Hill , a nest of slimy roots attached to a rocky and muddy hill essentially . The going was firm , but the Somerset cobbles were catching us out , plus Brownie had fun  putting all the 450's power through his 19" trials tyre and going nowhere fast !

Brill, and nice to see what's waiting for us - just need to let a few psi out of the rear tyre now by the look of it!
And as a bonus some music that I actually recognise for once

some really good lanes up there ,
some that we never done b4 so was good to go up and see whats what.

i don't think st catherines is doable with more than 3/4 of you as there is some road work involved to get there from this route, well worth doing thou if possible thou.

the route is just as good in reverse so i will take a group that way, should meet at the lunch stop,
the 2nd half (of yesterday) is a bit more flowing than the 1st so me and rob gonna adjust the lunch stop location.

Another cracking vid - weird watching you slip the clutch without touching the lever on the bit where those pesky KTM's had blocked your path to what obviously would have been a clear run to the top of that greasy rooty hill

So how old were you when that was in the charts??
