Went to Normandy couple of years ago with a few off here.
Stick France 2011 into the search bar and it will bring up the ride report.

I would be interested in something as well if I'm not working,I drive to the South of France 3 x a year,been going over the millau bridge for a few years and the area looks awsome but it is 500 miles from the ferry, but well worth the 10hr drive from South Wales .

Did one in Spain a few years ago
If you want to ride flat out, over (mainly dead easy) dusty trails guided but a bit of a knobber for two days it'd be ideal - but would struggle to recommend it
