2nd Jan 2014
Almost a full house, but two had to work, so we were down to 11.
Made good time with the second man drop off & the weather was great ....well.... in the sky anyway, shit was it wet on the ground & had to stop 3 or 4 times thinking I had a puncher in the front & back
Cheers guys Big sorry to the few that had a road burn back, really did think we would be closer to home before it got dark
Bloody hate this time of year

Good ride today. Weather held off! Nice and wet underfoot one might say...
Thanks too Wolfy up front and cricket up the back...
Fuck doing bolder alley in the dark to finish off the day mind. Nuters...
Me and Cricket nearly froze to death waiting at the top of the hill. Took ew ages to reappear!
Only two deep water crossings were attempted today. I can see pictures of the one short crossing but no mention of the other. Could you shed some light on that Wolfy?
Steve beat me to it. Haha

God, those rivers were full! Glad you got pictures of the dam gate or gate dam... Did I mention it was like riding a jet sky today?
Wolfy, what is the infatuation that causes you to end up with swimming away from your bike so often? I don't know who mentioned putting rains on you but they are probably right! Hehe
Getting bored with hill climbs I think, needs a new challenge...

You're right there most would have had enough sense not to try and ride through it
