Hey taffyboy I got an necj needle brand new I ordered it before I tried this setup and ain't bothered fitting it , you can have it for a tenner if you like, ill bringo it along on the crimbo ride....if you want it that is .....

Yup set mine the same and its purrrrrfet. You can over complicate carb setup as you probably know mogs after the thread on the ktm forum....about 35 pages long

That's why your bike is running lean, you haven't used motor bike bits. I know guys in the west are tight as fuck; but setting up your carb with things you find around the house is taking it to far

Small jet, Harrier jet .??? I bet that delivers a small amount of power then just takes off !!! Think u stitched yourself up with the knitting needle though!,
