Yes have asked on there, and will be checking the carb set up on weekend. I changed the sprocket a couple of weeks ago, and whilst it stopped it being so skittish, the fuel it drinks is still an issue.

I know it sounds silly but you have checked the mixture screw & it's not leaking fuel out the over flow pipe is it?

check the float height as well..................mine needed tweeking as at certain angles the juice would just pissout.........you would'nt notice it when riding, but when you came to a stop on a slope or somat it would be pouring out !!!!

Have you tried lowering the needle...and take it for a little ride see if theres a difference.
Check spark plug condition before alteration and after...
Failling this a smaller pilot jet may be in order no good getting info off yank forums as climate is different :bounce:
