Just got back; that was interesting to say the least :!:

Loads of jams in the forest section, most of it off camber and slippery as hell though it started to dry out eventually.

Very,very technical course they had us endure! Think I only got into 3rd gear a couple of times as 90% of the course was in the woods, got vey warm,glad I had the hydrapack.

well done chris, glad you enjoyed it, been a few years since you been racing!

Thanks yanto,wedge, the xr did surprisingly well (the new Mitas C02 played a good part!) The biggest problem for me was fitness, but the course was off camber a hell of a lot and slippery mud/roots were the order of the day

not good for me guys had a big off on the 2nd lap and took the back end off the husky and jammed my thumb between bike and tree.......

Tried to carry on but stuggled to keep control of bike....well done to you guys who finished im totally gutted.
