Bolt snapped in engine casing
Just went to get the bike out for a quick spin, took it off the stand and there was a bit of oil on the stand. Started checking all the engine casing bolts, one was loose by the leak. Done it up a bit and half the little b***ard snapped off
Looks like I'll have to split the case to get the other half out!
Decided to do a full bolt check on the bike and just noticed my top engine mount bolt has gone walkies!
So,can anyone recommend someone to split the case for me and remove the bolt? It's an RMZ 250
Any help will be very appreciated

Got a picture of the offending bolt?
I got one out of final drive shaft with a stud extractor when my sprocket bolt snapped in there

Now take a pic of the side of the engine so we know where we are looking at

I'll post one in about 20 mins,it's on the clutch side...under the back brake lever, behind the footpeg,in the engine casing? If that makes sense

Drain the oil, whip the case off and see if you've got anything there to grab with a mole grip

Re: Bolt snapped in engine casing
Bolt probably snapped flush with threaded face!
Don't think that is a crankcase bolt mind. More like clutch cover.
Somebody who knows that engine well will be along soon...
I know a few places that can get the bolt out, but not up by you...

Re: Bolt snapped in engine casing
That clutch cover should fly off, brake pedal off and a few bolts, and will then be able to see what you have to work with.
