Dude this forum has been running well since 2010 that's progress !!! the way steve has run the site since then is let it run itself & any changes are put forward to a vote by members.

I personally like the forum the way it is & run, unsure how change can move things forward.

There has been a few forums where one man has thought he knows what is best for all but sadly they don't last that long.

As far as "censorship" goes deleting a few smileys that may offend some members is far from a dictatorship.

As i said in the other thread - there were a few that were annoying and a few that could be taken a bit close to the bone - so agreed good idea to remove them ....
