Lol!! It's defo a big old bike. Would still like to try it off road befor getting something like 250cc. Is there any groups that go trail riding on big adventure bikes in South Wales?

Ive used a xr 650 off road and there great as long as you don't take it near the woods on in bogs
But anything else and there fine good balanced bike.
Probably have a few adventure type rides when the weather brakes.

Straight in at the deep end!!! Lol. iv had it for 10 months plenty of road riding and a few gravel roads but that's it, so defo a novice off road.

I done the same bought one but soon realised at the time it was more than I needed so when to the other side of a scale and bought a crm 250  from one extreme to the other.
Wouldn't pull you out of bed.

nice bike tho didn't think ccm250 would be lacking power.
Only thing I think may be a proble on xrr is starting it after a fall. carb floods easily
