Ive been using this for the past couple of years.

I use TFR and i have an off cut of the foam that you use around the sumpguard to stop mud getting in, nice rough open pored gives it a good scrub not like car wash sponges :-))

I used to clean my old xr with a brillo pad and cif lol!
