left aberduliais at ten and made our way over to tonna up past the ivory tower on our mission to complete quite a long loop.



was to be a short ride for walnut as his bike lost all compression before even getting onto the dirt.

then about a couple of 100 yards in i here someone shouting turn around and its Lindsay on his arss AGAIN or be it his head!

from here we make our way along past the windmills







some nice little water splashes but all apart from a couple went the little girls way around






next its a short road trip to the next lane well would have been if my mind hadn't gone blank and total forgot where i was heading for

back on track and we take the next lane that takes up and over behind Stanley town
(no sign of Jon must have been locked away cleaning again)








down past the motorcross track and over towards mountain ash












not many more pics from here we still had long way to go and had to try and make some time up
from mountain ash we head for merthur where Lindsay and Chris decide to head for home.
about 4 o'clock now and thinking it was going to be a problem trying to finish the ride 2 strokes running low on oil by now
so wee cut a bit of the run out and take a short cut down in to crickhowell its about 5pm by now sky clouding over and looking a bit dark.
and it was still a couple of hours run over the mountains to brecon from there.
after a quick chat we decide to do the 14 miles sprint to brecon down the a40
didn't really fancy going over towards gywn.....um steps at that time of day the way the weather was looking..

from brecon down the rocky road have to stop half way down to do some repairs Ryan had a puncture and Chris had cracked his clutch casing.




both bikes repaired and were finally getting down through the pig farm about 7.30

going to have it try an again this loop maybe on the longest day of the year and leave a bit earlier next time.

think lindsey should have a few more pics he was snapping away most of the day to.

Nice, thats the only thing when your banging the miles in, only takes a few breakdowns and your fooked...i reckon taking tents and roughing one weekend.

there was a mention of getting a b&b at one point

Lyndsey told me he can feel the ground as he passes over it a true sign of an experienced rider...must av meant when hes rolling about on the floor

Righto, the pics I took before heading home for an early bath. Nice to get out, first time for over 2months. Top ride Stephen. Looking forward to a few more.
