Sunday spin

Not much of a ride report, more to prove i'm still alive

Leominster to Rhayader via B roads dodging the traffic, then to the Elan Valley and around Clarwen





Stopped for a brew and a cake



On to Teifi Pools



And down the twisty road to Devils Bridge



Then a few more easy Byways and a pint of cider on the way home



Chickened out and went around this one though!

Great to see you are back out on two wheels too!

Scenery looked awesome , nice pics.

Best bit about the scenery was the lack of bottomless bogs, fallen trees and greasy ruts lurking in it

Now had MRI and CT scans on the duff shoulder, and waiting to see if a replacement is the answer.
And seeing how cricket rode twice as much as most of us in the Peak District on new hips I could be good as new soon!

Just not even sure I miss trail riding of the 'blood and guts' variety enough to go back to it now though
