How difficult is it to replace the crank seals on a 2 stroke?

Bike is a ktm 125

Haha cheers Steve.

Had a quick browse online, seems the only fiddly aspect is the power valve linkage/timing.
Some claim it can be done on a two stroke in under an hour.

I done a kdx 125 when i was 17 never done it before just dived in. Had a few bits left over after but ran alright after lol!
Don't think there any timing to do with the power valve.

I think you can replace the seals without splitting the crank with a little ingenuity.

Put a clock (DTI) on the end of the crank to see how much radial movement there is!

And the seals wear a groove in the bush which doesn't help... Very Happy
