Don't know that engine...but that a casing bolt not the clutch cover.

Yeah I've rang a b's in pant,3 weeks rob from marsh mx gave me a number of a guy from abercynon so I'm gonna give it to him I think

Small left handed drill bit and it should come oot, if it dont stick a small easy out in the hole to remove it

You could put a drill out the centre of the screw and use an easy out or Allen key. Find a bit of metal pipe 6 and a bit outside diameter and say 3mm inside diameter, jam it in the hole to use as a drill guide...
Iain Clark just tigs a 6 mill screw with a tapered end onto the end to undo it. The heat also loosens the bolt but he is in Pyle.

Thanks guys,going to pop to screw fix today and get a left handed drill bit and an easy out set and have a go. I like the drill guide idea Phil,thanks
