Anyone know if a M15 a few months old but only used twice will work with a comp 6 or will I need to get a M16 to run them tyres...?
I ran a used m15 in comp 6 front 2 yrs ago and it would not keep the bead out thats why the say use a m16 desert mousse coz its larger. m15 is ok in comp 6 if new

Its the size of the mousse mate, its over my head use tubes see...got a M15 to go with a comp 4 but like comp 6 scratch which is a bigger tyre...but then a new mousse is well ard.
So was just wondering do I save me M15 or get a M16 to bed in like.
Different makes of tyre stamp the same size but are different, tried a semi used mousse M14 in a 6 days tyre once & wouldn't stay rimmed.

I use m14 in 6 days & never had any problems. Try your m15 in comp 6 and has long has it olds bead out it will be ok , which it should be ok if only used twice Very Happy

I bought a Metzler 6 Day off Steve Plain the other day, he says they've got deeper tread than they used to?
Never measured the new against the old one's, but the 'knobbles' do look a bit longer on the latest one Very Happy
