Brake discs
Are the pro action ones any good . First time I've had to change a disc , to be honest the rear is well grooved , but still seem to work fine . Silly question but when do you know they are shagged , when they stop you braking , or do they warp ?, or just dissolve ?

Re: Brake discs
Another question , mine are solid , proaction are wavy , should I stay solid as they are less wearing , if so which solids are best buy ?

Re: Brake discs
On my track bikes i used normal but vented disks.
It seemed if you used sintered pads they would wear them a bit quicker.
I tried wavy disks on my wets and they worked well.
But they seemed to eat pads as fast as disks.
Think its down to fashion my WR has them but when there worn out i may just put normal on it as i don't care how flash it looks i just want braking control.

Re: Brake discs
I have the pro action, fronts are superb, rears wear the pads fast
I'm going to try Rockwell race discs next, they are a copy of the ktms with good writeup and they do a solid disc.
