In a world of pain

Thanks to Mizzed yesterday who took me out around the local area of merthyr

had a awesome day, spent most of it on the deck.

Had one big off going throught a stream, went to go over the handlebars and the bike fell to the side and I came down and landed on the foot peg. Landed on the bit just between your legs and balls.. needless to say it hurt, woken up this morning with black meat and 2 veg today I will be taking a load of pain killers.

Apart from that I had a awesome day and was great to meet you Mizzed

Was a good day when the rain stopped, just devastated the go pro wasn't on when I dropped the bike in that stream / temporary river ><

hopefully the go pro was out of battery when I fell backwards down that bank as well

all the rear footage was shite, camera was pointing to high, and the front is not a lot at all. plus it was so wet when I changed batteries the camera steamed right up

You, Dave, Jams and myself went out in far worse when we did the wye on the original backflip day:P
