Leccy spray did work on kill button for now but still no dip, found an old switch so drilled it out...see wot you mean now about filling the dents in with solder Looks like I got a spare now too! cheers mizzed

Sound mate, simple fix on those to save money, worth polishing the little triangular contact plate too, as that gets a bit tarnished with the arcing.
Its a crap design really, but easy to fix.

If you solder it, clean it as much as you can, and a bit of plumbing flux also helps to get the solder to stick, as you need to be pretty rapid not to overheat and start to melt the plastic around it.
