the ones that point up not down - i think ... I still haven't worked it our proper

I done mine last weekend, the two pointing up on either side of the carb, cut the pipes short with a T piece and run a new pipe up the frame under the petrol tank. I heard you shouldnt put it into the air box as its not atmospheric pressure apparently. Plus I didnt wanna go drilling holes.
