I agree with Chris some of these rides lately don't look fun or safe anymore

I have to disagree with Chris and Paul ... I'm a novice - ask anyone whos been on a ride with me - i always end up at the back - ride to your own speed is my motto - captain slow

if there was no danger there would not be any fun, you can get hurt just as much on a flowing lane as you can on a rocky gully.. take it to your limit - push it as far as your comfortable ...
if you dont want to go any further no-one will make you

Ive done a few walks of shame - while someone raggles my bike up a lane i cant get up

ive also made the whole team turn round and come back because i coulndt make it up

.... at the end of the day - no one gets left behind...
