That's a new one on me pete, over tighten ?
Torqued it up as per the book of words, I didn't replace the bolt(especially not knowing its history) - stupid me, wont repeat that again. See if I can find myself a good quality set of non-screwfix stud extractors tomorrow, and save myself a rebuild. Piloted it dead center @ 1.5mm so got a fighting chance.

Had the same problem on mine 1st sprocket change the fucking bolt snapped
What i done was weld a big nut to the bolt and it come out a treat the heat melted the thread lock
I was lucky with mine its snapped flush so it was easier to weld

Mines 4mm into the shaft, nothing involving me is ever simple
I've got extractor, drill and tap it or new shaft. I liked the welding option tho, used to make a mint arc welding bolts to knackered locknuts

Thats the only way I could get mine out I had to use a m18 nut in the end as the m10 would just snap the weld off tryed for hrs in the house so decided to take it to work and it at midnight because I couldnt sleep thinking about it

Im game if the bike gets fixed, chain and sprokets arrived today, and not soon enough, rings were missing and others cracked on the old chain.

Re: Sunday 19th
Here you go Pete . Then you just need a 10 amp inline fuse and a switch . wire it straight to battery .
