Little black rubber thingys Empty Little black rubber thingys

Ok...please bear with me....the light cover on the front of my bike is held on with zip ties but there is a small frame with holes in each side that is supposed to have little black rubber thingys. Hold the light cover on...know what I mean? What they called so I can google where to find some? Googling, little black thingys doesn't come up with much unless you want lingerie!
