Because this will be quite new to me Im not goin to be doing anything extreme and I would like to use it as a little commuter too that was the reason for the s model but you guys would no better than me

Something you should think about what ever drz you buy you should think about fitting a kickstart.
Ray and shocker on here have both had drz,s maybe they can give you a bit of imfo.

As an all rounder you won't go wrong with a DRZ
Ray has had his forever and it has done everything from enduro's, rallys, LDT's trailriding and a fair bit of road work.
I was less enthusiastic about mine, finding it a bit top heavy and high for a short arse, then really went off it when it spat me into a tree leaving me to go home in a red helicopter

If your going to be doing a fair bit of commuting your better off with a trail bike rather than a endure.
