On line bearings
After a conversation with Steve this morning (i was actually suprised he knew what a bearing was)
I always use SKF or FAG find they last longer than bike shop ones. Just my thoughts.
Anyway have also used this site and they are quite quick with delivery

Have you tried the ones in clydach?
Still need to open them up and put loads waterproof grease in them!!
