By the way did you know thwat the start format has changed this year ! all competitors must swim one lenght of the lake an then run one lap of the lake b4 getting on their bikes ! sportsmen only alf a lap tho lol!

if u turn left for 1/4 mile where the b4343 meets the a44 u can refill the petrol cans if u need ready for llangurrig service Graham needed some juice there last time out !
