Just search "neoprene wetsuit gloves " on ebay theres loads from about £10 upwards.

Cheap & cheerful diving gloves go for beaver amara, they have leather palms, but neo back.
Nice flexi gloves you need to go for O three, fouth element, or posideon in either 3mm or 5mm.
They won't offer any protection in a crash tho.
Failing that get some yachting gloves from Marine megastore, again with leather palms

Tested my new hydroteq gloves tonight out on the pushbike, well happy kept my fingers lovely and toasty
