The riot suits dont rip that easily.
Trousers best worn inside boots they can catch on the bike and tear but the jackets do last well.

I don't know if you are interested as the material is the same as tough Enduro trousers. Wind proof but not completely water proof.

I then wear a Gortex liner if it starts to piss down.

This does allow a lot of flexibility as you can ride with the arms off and the vents open to being fully waterproof...
