Just registered in the hope of finding some folks to go out with on a regular basis. I'm based Caerphilly way. I'll keep an eye out for posts etc, but for now - hello!

Hi Shepy - I'm pretty flexible and can do a week day ocassionally if it's a Monday or Friday - always feels better on a work day somehow. I try to do something most weekends too - event, trail, road...so yeah, I'm open to suggestion.
