Hi Ed, good to see you joined up! Very unfortunate what happened yesterday when we were up on that hill! Note to everyone: Me Yanto and Ian met Ed up Tywmbarlym (above Cwmbran) and carried on through 4stroke valley, bit later on Yanto and Ian left to go home and I carried on riding with Ed. Bit later on his chain snapped (at the joining link) so we found some fence wire abd tried to make a temporary fix so he could gently get back home. Had to take the chain guard off infront of the rear sprocket but the dammed wire wouldn't take the strain! Good job I had my hydrapack (he'd finished his drink) as we both sweated heaps pushing his KTM up a hill to get it on the road. How long did you have to wait for a pick-up Ed?

This is why i carry a tow rope as standard, I originally had it for myself because of the age of my bike, but I've had to tow 3 bikes out cause of that damed rope.
