Removing radiator feeds from within frame Empty Removing radiator feeds from within frame

I have stripped the bike down to get my frame powder coated all done apart from the top radiator(two rubber bungs either side of frame) and bottom return feed that goes into cylinder head(aluminium pipe) that are laced inside/ through the frame. Do I need to remove these or can it go as it is? Also I was going to leave the swing arm bearings in and remove them after the powder coating thus keeping the bearing surface free from any paint etc -good idea or not?

Unsure of the Ktm setup chris but would remove everything possible as;

They dip the frames in a solution (corrosive) to dissolve lubricants etc...
You might damage the nice paint job when removing / installing new bearings.

Any excess paint "although they are generally careful" can be lightly removed with some wire wool - scotch brite pad...

Hope this helps santa Very Happy
