Tho if you dont wear the soles out on your old boots the standard crossfires will do you well, im sure Muff uses them.

I went SRS, as every boot I've had the soles have failed, this may down to be fat fanny tho!

Which ever you go for, the Sidi's are superb, they have so much better protection than other boots on the market. The only other boots I'd consider would be the Gaerne SG12's

The srs have replaceable soles 30 odd quid.

I went for 1 up on shoe size, and they are plenty long enough could have gone for same size, but my feet are wide and the sidi's are narrow, so the one up size worked well for me.

+1, same here with my Sidi SRS, I'm normally a 43 & I tried & bought 44's, Perfik !!

You can get Enduro soles for £18, they are a lot more rugged with more grip.

Where are you getting the enduro soles for 18quid?

Cheapest I found was 26quid from latvia.

Don't buy these for trail riding. I've got a pair for the adv and they are well comfy and waterproof but berry little protection for shin and no ankle support.......... fab for the road tho
