15/16 husky/Ktm popping starter relay fuses??

Anyone else had any experience on this? My bike keeps popping the 20a fuse under the seat, when I go to change it it's glowing hot and a cheap one I had in there today (used all the good ones only thing going spare) was actually melted! Quick Google seems it's quite a common problem on the husky and Ktm 4 strokes with a faulty capacitor which has now been recalled? Gonna ring the dealer tomorrow see what they say just wondering if anyone had heard or experienced anything? One complaint I read where a guy has actually broken his leg as it decided to pop the fuse mid air in a jump

Same happened to stu's bike yesterday his is a 15/16 too
