Introduction
Hi all,
Total newbie here - just passed my test and bought a CRF250. Looking forward to getting out on some lanes. Will keep an eye out on the rides section and will get out and join some of you soon. Im from the Abergavenny area so hopefully not too far from some of you.
Cheers
Mike

Re: Introduction
No offroad biking at all lol. Have had an offroad 4x4 for a couple of years so know some of the larger lanes but really fancied getting on a bike. Done lots of other car related stuff (racing etc.) but Im a total biker newbie. - although can obviously ride a bike (used to ride when younger before they took away the 250cc provisional entitlement.)

Hi and welcome
There's are some nice easyish lanes around Aber, and some nice hard bastards not far away either!
If anyone suggests places like London Lane or Pant Glas steps for your first ride tell 'em to bog right off!
Will post a ride from Abergavenny soon, so keep an eye out for it

Thats great. Will keep an eye on the rides section. Yeh I dont want to be pulling it out of bogs or tumbling down the side of a cliff on my first outing
