My mate used to suffer quite bad with blisters so used palm savers that go under the gloves, cured the problem straight away. Only 6.90 in mx247

Plenty of practice

I use them and find they do make a difference, no more sore thumbs at the end of a long ride.

I suggest popping out and buying a large can of " Man Up "

Dont tell Muffy you dont get blisters on your palms or he will want to share your tent on the three dayer !

Public access to my tent will be strictly limited Kirky . After last time , it took me 2 hours to fish all that hair out of the Jacuzzi filter , someone had nicked my sauna ladel , and whoever it was who used my flotation tank last , if you've relaxed to the point when a poo can fall out , its time to get out .

Back in my BMX days these were essential kit - but then we never wore gloves, they do save your thumb knuckle....
ive always put them on when i buy new grips - so i dont know what they are like without them - for £3 i would buy 2 sets if youre getting blisters on your thumb ..
ive seen these palm ones jules talks of - i might get some of them - being a novice i do tend to grip tighter than a muffster hand shandy - so sometimes feel a bit sore at the end of the day
